Marriage Ministry at ECF exists to provide couples with the support, mentoring, and resources needed to live Christ-centered, Biblically-based marriages. Such marriages are not without their struggles, but they are joyful, productive for the Kingdom of God, and ultimately stand the test of time to be fulfilling for a lifetime.

Marriage is of the utmost importance to God. It is the foundational bedrock of society. God gave us the blessings and wonders of marriage early on in the Garden of Eden, shortly after He created Adam and Eve. It is our sins that have tarnished the glory of the marriage bond between one man and one women. Life is hard and Satan will attack those things that God considers important, like marriage. As we grow closer to God, we grow closer to one another and can strenthen this vitally important relationship.

We strive to help each other grow stronger marriages for the Glory of God by offering the following:

Marriage Mentoring - Connecting couples to build better marriages. A mentor couple can come along side another couple to encourage, model, and share knowledge. This is typically for a defined period of time. Note, mentoring is not counseling.

Resources - Since marriage is a gift from God, we acknowledge that His Word is our primary source and guide. In the future you will be able to find supporting resources such as books, DVD's, podcasts, conferences, etc. on the resource page.

Events/Classes/Conferences - Throughout the year we also offer marriage enrichment classes to encourage growth in your marriage. We highly recommend and promote the Family Life Marriage conference "Weekend to Remember."
